My name is Joseph Benedetto , doing business as: MarketWise Appraisals. I consider myself as a leading provider of residential real estate appraisals for single family homes, multi family homes, condominiums, and vacant land, in Monroe county, and adjacent counties. I also perform REO appraisals, foreclosure, liquidation, estate valuations and investment portfolio valuations .

With many years of experience in the real estate appraisal business as well as the residential home building business, I am dedicated to providing customers with quality products and excellent service. I am New York State certified and FHA approved. I appraise properties in Monroe, Ontario, and Livingston counties, Monroe being my primary county.

MarketWise Appraisals services Credit Unions, Banks, Appraisal Management Companies using the latest technology to service customers. My customers have the ability to order appraisals online and receive appraisal reports electronically.

I use ACI software and am AI ready and UAD compliant (MISMO 2.6GSE /2.6 Errata Delivery). I am also able to access orders, and deliver completed orders, through AppraisalPort.

Normal delivery for appraisal reports is 48 hours from the time the property has been inspected, but rush orders are available upon request.
